You may have had the pleasure of seeing this sassy entertainer at a friend's wedding, a company Christmas party or at one of the many dueling piano bars in this great province. Or maybe you sang a tune or two with her at Have Mercy (Edmonton), her insanely popular piano-karaoke show she hosts every Wednesday night!
Since graduation from Grant MacEwan university in 2006 with a diploma in both Piano Performance and Composition, Tiff Hall has been performing as a member of her beloved accordion project "Goldtooth", also corporate functions and weddings as a dueling pianist since the early "Ivory Club" days about 10 years ago, and is leading her current project, The Family band.
Tiff is known for her wildly entertaining, energetic shows. Audiences can't get enough of her piano and accordion chops, as well as her giant voice and even bigger on-stage personality.
It's hard to put into words Tiff's current sound with the Family Band; it's funk-inspired, rock-a-billy with some classic Rock. It's rich, complex lyrics with a smattering of lively wit - all with that big, raspy, howling classic Tiff Hall sound.
